Not just smart, but intelligent

Solar lights function without any power connection. But this also means no communication, and no way of telling from a distance whether the light is working, and if it isn’t, what’s wrong with it. Solar lights are a complex mix of battery, solar panel, charge controller and LED lamp. If a light fails the whole assembly must be taken down and opened up. Ohli Helios provides remote, cellular communication to Ohli’s central management system giving you the ability to control the on/off and dimming of the light, as well as the intelligence to understand exactly which component has failed if the light isn’t working. That way you can just replace one part, not the whole fixture.

Complete smart solar lighting package

Ohli Helios is a complete package consisting of a smart cellular controller integrated with a programmable solar charge controller (MPPT) which works with all solar panels, LED fixtures and battery systems. Combined with 4G/5G data connectivity, robust management software, and monitoring service and support, this provides solar lighting manufacturers with a complete, intelligent solar lighting package and a market advantage over their competition.

Ohli Helios is cellular, so no distance limitations

Ohli Helios uses a built-in eSIM card which works with multiple cellular providers and multiple networks (2G, 4G, 5G, LTE-M or NB-IoT), out of the box. The cell service and data connectivity fee is built-in. And because Ohli Helios works with all major cellular providers, if service is spotty with one, it will automatically switch to another provider with better coverage in that area, so you never have to worry about being too far away from a gateway or hub.

Cloud-based monitoring and
management built-in

Ohli Helios comes with a 1-year, renewable, CMS license (central management system) based on Dhyan’s StreetMan. Management, monitoring, cloud hosting, support, maintenance and updates are all included. The CMS reports solar light status and component faults. It also provides energy consumption reports and lighting schedule management. The user interface is easy to use and supports mobile devices allowing you to monitor and manage the lighting network from a phone or tablet.

The Ohli Helios solar controller has everything you need to monitor and manage solar lights in parks and cities and on roadways remotely, from anywhere. The software, cellular connectivity and charge controller are all built-in and pre-packaged.
